Mission: Spread Kindness to homeless animals!

Kindness to homeless animals:our students donated to a local animal shelter, fed animals from the local zoo. Finally, we've done our missions!

Mission: Spread Kindness to ourselves!

Kindness to yourself:  our students tried being patient and compassionate with themselves. For example:  They always do something fun or relaxing, celebrate their accomplishments, or ask others for help when they need support. Also, they have made some projects.

Kindness to others: kids from 4-A and 4-F treated someone with respect and care. They wrote a note to say “thank you”, invited someone to sit or play with them, or posted a positive comment for someone online.

1. Engage students in a discussion about kindness by asking the following questions:

-What does kindness mean to you?

-What are some examples of kind actions?

-How does it feel to receive kindness?

-How does it feel to show kindness?

2. Introduce students to the three types of kindness.

Everyone in the world has the power to create change!

World Kindness Week is here, reminding us that even the smallest acts of kindness can have a large impact on the world!

 Everyone has their own preferences and experiences, which shape our unique definition of kindness!

Let's focus on three types of kindness:

1) to ourselves;

2) to others;

3) to the world around us.
